Cancellation Policy
At Artkins, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before shipping, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including return shipping. No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received the refund yet, please double-check your payment account. Then, since the refund may take some time to be officially credited to your account, if you still haven't received it after checking your payment account, please contact us via [email protected].
